Terms of Service

Welcome to CargoDelivery. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website and services. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the conditions outlined below.

1. Nature of the Service

The CargoDelivery terms of service govern your access to and use of our platform. CargoDelivery operates strictly as an online information bulletin board (classifieds marketplace) that connects independent drivers/carriers with individual or business clients who require cargo transportation services.

Critical Disclaimer: CargoDelivery is not a transport company, freight forwarder, broker, or logistics agent. We do not own, manage, or operate any vehicles, nor do we employ, contract, or manage any drivers who post listings on this website.

2. No Financial Transactions and Direct Agreements

All interaction between users on CargoDelivery is direct. Please be aware of the following conditions:

  • Our platform does not handle, process, or hold any financial transactions between clients and drivers.
  • We do not set, regulate, or specify transport prices, shipping rates, or fees on the website.
  • All financial agreements, payment terms, and price negotiations are conducted exclusively and directly between the driver and the client outside of the CargoDelivery platform.

3. Complete Limitation of Liability

Because CargoDelivery serves purely as a digital notice board, the administration holds zero liability regarding the execution of transport requests:

3.1 Transport and Vehicle Security

We do not inspect, verify, or monitor the technical condition, safety, roadworthiness, or legal compliance of any vehicles operated by carriers listing on our platform.

3.2 Cargo Loss and Damage

CargoDelivery bears no responsibility and shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, destruction, or delayed delivery of any goods, packages, or cargo transported through connections made on this website.

3.3 Failure to Perform

We do not guarantee that any driver or client will fulfill their agreed-upon obligations. Any disputes regarding incomplete trips, cancellations, or broken promises must be resolved directly between the participating parties without the involvement of CargoDelivery.

4. User Verification Disclaimer

While the administration may provide options for manual document verification (badge checks) to confirm the identity of registered profiles, this process is for informational purposes only. A verified profile status does not constitute an endorsement, insurance policy, or guarantee of a driver’s reliability, professional skills, or honesty by CargoDelivery.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

Users are prohibited from publishing illegal, dangerous, prohibited, or hazardous materials for transport. Drivers must hold valid commercial licenses and permits required by the regional laws under which they operate. CargoDelivery reserves the right to remove any listing or ban any user account that violates these terms or engages in fraudulent behavior.

6. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these CargoDelivery terms of service at any time. Your continued use of the marketplace following any updates signifies your agreement to the revised terms.
